Biggest thing will be aggressive along with unafraid for getting hit. Close the length grab cloth using your weak palm, unload haymakers using your strong palm. Either that will or opt for the takedown.

This certainly assumes that will neither man or women has just about any training. Should you have training this is the terrible approach to fight mainly because it negates your current advantages and helps it be anybody's sport. If the opposite guy features training that is probably your better chance to help win however its likely that good you're going to get you're *** kicked it doesn't matter what you complete.

Keep your head and don't get distracted and one of the most important things is don't get angry also don't let them bate you into rushing in without a plan treat it like a sparing match but it isn't friendly. Good Luck!

Fight with a little fear! NEW
by: Coach Thorpe

Don't let the fear of fighting for the first time in a regular fight bother your. You are suppose to be a little afraid. This fear will keep your nervous system pumped up which will enable you to fight better. Just don't let your fear control you. You control it. I had over 100 fights and still felt a little fear. You need that little bit of doubt to be your best. Stay on the balls of your feet and pack alot of hurt in your power hand and you will be fine. Good luck, rookie. Fight for glory. Coach Thorpe
