I am 21 going on 22 in Feb. I am new to this, but highly interested. I've been in the worst shape for many years and I'm not strict when it comes to food consumption. And another bad thing, I've been smoking cigarettes since I was 15. I want to get rid of all my bad habbits and I was hoping to use boxing as an alternative. How or where do I start? I need a strict diet
