Boxing Advice

Welcome to the boxing advice page. Too often in sports people often limit themselves. They begin following the same old tradition, failing to remember not everything works for everyone.

So to help eliminate these frustration or answer any questions you may have, I have created this community advice page. This page will allow you to post your questions to me or to the rest of the boxing for life boxing community. This will allow you real world feedback and offer many solutions and perspectives.

Examples could be posting questions in regards to boxing drills or boxing routines used by other fighters. You may also post questions as simple as what is you diet like before the night of the fight?

As always good luck on your training and thanks for visting. We look forward to trying to improve you fight game.
